An important part of teaching children about stress and anxiety and the affect it can have on their mind, body and spirit is to not only help them recognise when they are stressed or anxious, but to equip them with a range of tools and techniques to restore their balance and sense of well being.  They need to learn how to turn on their relaxation response.
